• Purchase ONLY if you can wait. As most of our items are shipped overseas. 
• We will wait for a max orders of 5 as the more you guys ordered , the cheaper each items will be. 
• We have the right to make change of the price stated.
• We will not be held responsible to any defects after the buyer receives the goods. 
• All items sold are non exchangeable, or refundable.
• All colors shown in the photographs stated may differ slightly from the actual due to lighting and photography effects. 
• For those who choose Payment and Collection @ Other Mrt Station, addtional charges of SGD$3.00 
• Not liable for lost/damaged package via normal postage. 
• No cancellation of orders are allowed after payment is done.

• Those who MIA or BACKOUT last min, will be BLACKLISTED.
• If you have failed to collect your item within 3 weeks upon the the 1st mass meetup, items will be confiscate. If you still wish to get your items, there will be additional $2.00 charges for it.
• If you still have doubts or questions after reading our terms and conditions, kindly contact us before ordering.
• NO CHANGE OF ITEMS or RETURN OF MONEY after you have confirmed with your order.
• All items that design by OKSHOP can not be post on other website unless you have purchase for copyright issue.
• Be noted that the waiting time of the items might be change due to any resonable reasons.
• We have the right to make change of the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"

PAYMENT :

We only accept FULL PAYMENT.

Payment can be made via Cash / bank transfer

COLLECTION :
Meetup - Only available @BISHAN OR BEDOK MRT STATION.
Please SMS us 2 hours before we meet if you can't make it that day. We will only wait for 15mins.

If we(OKSHOP admins) have bring your item down to the venue and you didn't attend. There will be a additional SGD$3.00 charges for the next collection.

If you have failed to collect the item within 3 weeks upon the 1st meetup, items will be confiscate. If you still wish to get your items, there will be additional $2.00 charges for it.

 IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN 50$ WE WILL MEET AT YOUR FAVORITE PLACE ! (NO EXTRA FEES NEEDED)

Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly if the parcel is too big singpost postman will send to your doorstep. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

Postage for Normal mail(sometimes charges will be different due to the weight of the items):

1 - 2 items: $1.50
3 - 4 items: $2.50
5 - 9 items: $3.35

Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.
Registered mail postage is an addition of $2.50 to normal postage.

We will not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal.We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail.
